HEALING CHRONIC ILLNESS
IT IS POSSIBLE!

Hear from people who have healed chronic illness:
-
LONG COVID and ME/CFS - Raelan Agle - YouTube Ralean Agle has compiled an extensive list of interviews (157 and counting) with people who have healed from ME/CFS and Long Covid. People are healing, friends! I healed from ME/CFS amongst other things and seeing interviews of people who had recovered gave me the hope and confidence to embark on that journey. What I love about this channel is that she showcases how people have found so many different ways to heal. So if one way or book or program doesn’t resonate - don’t quit! There’s something for everyone.

I used a program at first called DNRS. I share the link here because It helped me to literally get back on my feet from chronic illness. Also because it does not include any spiritual underpinnings. The science is a little dated now, and there are things I don’t love about it (amongst other things, It does not address the nervous system and trauma for example and their roles in chronic illness, nor is it trauma informed.) but I will be forever grateful for all that I learned and how it turned my life around. I still apply many principles I learned there on a daily basis. Using Neuroplasticity to Retrain the Brain (retrainingthebrain.com)

I’ve been on the lookout for fresh voices and coaches in this brain retraining/nervous system rebalancing field and I now like Tessa Malcarne and her approach to rebalancing your nervous system: She offers consulting and helps people create a program for themselves. tessa malcarne.
